Etifix has a new partnership on the subject of green energy with LifeGate, a top producer of renewable energy, proposing innovative solutions for a sustainable future.
The new partnership will better assure us to continue utilization of Green Energy 100% from Renewable Resources, as we have had for last years. It means reducing the polluting impact of the energy system and preserving environmental resources.

SUSTAINABLE PRODUCTION
The wastes reborn to new life
Etifix has been active for years on the topic of waste reduction, contributing to its containment through processes that enhance production waste, transforming and re-using them to prevent them from becoming a cost for the company and the environment.
For example, we have activated a recycling system for siliconized paper scraps.
We are proud to have been able to reuse this material, without having to accumulate it in landfills or burn it in a waste-to-energy plant, with economic costs for the company and environmental costs for the planet in terms of CO2 and micro-particles.
GREEN COLLABORATIONS
Recycle the silicone paper
The silicon paper optimization and recycling process is spreading around the world but we hope that many companies will adhere to the best practices proposed by our supplier Avery Dennison and their partner Cycle4green which we also implement.
Thanks to this collaboration we can recycle siliconized paper (our waste) turning it into new coated printing paper, and the positive impact is enormous! (calculated data on 1 mio /m2)

Over the past 6 years, Etifix has recycled 81 tons of silicone paper, contributing to a valued reduction of 146 tons of CO2 emissions into the environment.
This is the result that we have reached in these years, and we will certainly strive to improve, the hope is that others will follow our path, in order to contribute to the preservation of our planet, reinventing a different use of resources with new technologies.
